When do I expect my order to be delivered?

-Orders placed between 10am - 7pm will be delivered the same day – in 2 hours.

-Orders placed after 7pm will be delivered the next day.

-You'll be contacted by one of our Customer Service team to confirm your order's delivery time.

 

What could prevent my order from shipping today?

You will receive an email or a phone call from one of our Customer Service team if:

-The order was placed after 7pm.

-The order is a bulk order that requires additional processing time for delivery.

 

Do you deliver to other cities in Jordan?

Yes we do . You’ll be contacted by one of our Customer Service team to be informed about delivery rates and time.
